A strange interaction when I called. I was told at least a month to get my glass. My partner was told maybe three weeks. We asked the same exact question! We used someone else. She needs a cheat sheet every morning.

just had Associated Glass replace glass in three windows where the seals had broken and want to acknowledge what a splendid job the equally splendid two-man crew did. The glass is perfect, everything was left pristine -- they even cleaned the window sills and took down a couple of old wood blind installations that I hadn't gotten around to do. The guys were highly professional, informative, and polite to a fault. This year I've had many folks out to do, fix, install, repair various things, and the quality of workers and workmanship has ranged from marginal to worse. This was such a pleasant surprise. Obviously, highly recommended.

Great local service, ordered and installed a sliding shower door system. Turned out great and the install team was friendly, professional, and did a great job!

We have used Associated Glass twice to replace aging (failed) windows. They were professional and have always been on time in the estimating and installation processes.

Poor communication. We were excited to support a local business. Their representative came out to measure and assess on December 29. He was highly professional and everything went fine, but we didn't hear anything back from him. After a couple of weeks, I called their office to inquire about the status of our project, and to find out when we could expect to receive a proposal. I was told that the delay was due to a back-up in proposals and other delays, and that the staff member would check in with the representative and make sure he got a proposal sent to us soon. We waited another week, then another, but heard nothing. I ended up calling two more times, and was told the same thing: there were delays, but they would check in with the rep and make sure he got the proposal to us. 5 weeks later, my husband called and was told immediately that the representative had put a 'no bid' on our project shortly after his assessment. We've been waiting over a month only to find out that this company had no intention of taking our project. Of course they have every right to decline a job but it would have been great to have received that information a month ago so that we could have started looking for another company. Supply and labor shortages and other delays can't be helped, but communication can.

It's too bad that I did not & will NOT use this company although another company I trust gave me the referral. No masks - said boss does not require them; I requested they comply with state rule to which woman replied that I had on a mask; yes, I said to protect you & I'd like the same consideration. She laughed. I said then I cannot shop here, She said: too bad & laughed. I filed a complete with the state.

Lynnwood Associated Glass did a great job with the installation of a custom shower door and bathroom mirror for an investment property. Though there was a bit of a wait time to get the installation, it was understandable considering it was around the holiday time and with Covid. They were very communicative and the finished product was exactly what I wanted with the specific modifications I asked for.

PEOPLE WATCH OUT!!! These guys came over to my house, in this pandemic not wearing masks; I asked them if they had any masks to wear and they said they were out. I stayed out of their way and of course they were heavy cigarette smokers and I have kids with a very clean house in and for 3 days the house and the bathroom still lingered of their cigarette smoke. They didn't even sweep up afterwards and left debris, silicone etc.. all over. I called in to the shop to let them know that was pretty disgusting to deal with, they were reading instructions on how to put stuff together when I thought they were pros and and they dropped the glass to make things worse so they'll have to come back unfortunately. When I called in to speak to some type of manager named Tim he completely did not care about anything I had to say. He told me that it is not protocol to wear masks..??? I thought we are in a pandemic? Also not to mention they did not even have shoe covers so I had to use a piece of my own plastic to lay out as a throw rug for them in a sense. This place completely lacks customer service when taking responsibility for their staff which is pretty sickening. It really displays a lack of common leadership, maturity, responsibility, cleanliness etc..Stay away & find a better place that will treat you like a human being?

I got my 2 windows repaired by Associated Glass. I have Milgard lifetime warranty windows but Milgard technicians are too busy to come out this Winter. They shipped the parts and I was going to replace it. I watched the video on how to replace the hinges on swing out window but it is 2 men job. I hired Associated Glass and they replaced it for me. It was worth paying the professional and got the job done properly. Associated Glass technicians are experts and do professional job.

Replaced glass in 2 aluminum framed windows where the seal had failed. Saved a lot over replacing both with vinyl windows. It did take a while for the glass to come in. Installers were both polite and respectful of our home. Only way you would have known they had come and gone is we can now see thru the windows, not cloudy any longer.

We had a broken window (one of the double-pane) and two exterior doors that had previously broken stained glass inserts that we just needed new 'plain' glass for. I called a couple places and was glad Associated Glass took the job because it was 'too small' for other places. The technician was amazing - friendly, did a great job, and super kind to our black lab puppy who forgot her manners both times he came (she really liked him). What was disappointing is the support from the office. We booked in early May - and was offered an appointment on 'the 24th'. I was surprised it was so soon, so I said 'May 24th?' and she said - oh no - I was talking about June. Ok...usually when you switch months, you clarify that, but no big deal. I mark my calendar with our appointment time and forget about it for 6 weeks. On our appointment date, hubs asked if they were coming that day and I realize I don't remember hearing anything from them. I check my phone for texts or emails confirming the appointment. Nothing, but I guess that's not terrible - just odd since most places do that nowadays. So I called to make sure we were still on. We were; the woman checked where the technician was and gave me an ETA (still within the time window) - all good. The technician arrives and I'm on work calls the whole time, so my husband handles it. Afterwards, I see the glass is fixed, good/clean install - I'm excited. I asked hubs later if he'd written a check or used a card and hubs told me 'he said they'd charge it to the card the deposit was made on.' Fabulous - all set! Today (Friday, 7/2), I get a phone call from Associated Glass. The woman on the phone proceeds to tell me that they've been 'trying to reach me and had no response on the several emails for the outstanding balance on the work that was completed last week'. [the tone was super condescending] I'm surprised and say - "oh goodness, sorry - my husband said it would be charged....let me see what happened." The woman then proceeds to tell me about how "ya, that's not possible because our systems won't keep your card, blah, blah" - (explaining why I was "wrong" for even thinking that was possible vs. hearing that it was a simple misunderstanding.) So now I've got my card in front of me, and ask where I can get the link to pay online and she makes a passive-aggressive comment about how it's in the emails. I tell her "I'm looking at my inbox now and I haven't seen any emails, let me check junk mail - what's the 'from' email I should be looking for?" She then says (again, super snotty) "it's from the same email we've sent you every email from - (then gives me the address)". Um...ok. I take a deep breath and tell her I found an email, but there's no link to a payment portal. She sighs exasperatedly at first, and then says (much nicer now but still clipped) 'oh - that's odd, it's usually linked automatically and it's not. Let me send you a new email with that link'. I thank her and tell her I'll settle it. After we hang up, I pay the bill - and then go look to see how badly I missed their 'repeated attempts to contact me'. Before the call, I had 2 emails, folks. One on Monday (it was Friday) and one on Thursday. And clearly, they had my phone number all along because she called me today. So - I guess customer service isn't their strong suit...? I don't often leave reviews - but this felt worth sharing. Too bad - the work was good (hence the 2 stars - otherwise it would have been none).

I really wanted to use this company for their service. They came home to measure and quote for my house windows. To email or respond about the quote it takes them almost 2 month and even didn’t get any response yet. I regret to go there and waste my time also wait this much time.

I've had several windshields replaced by AG, however the last time I had one done, the interior of my vehicle was terribly dirty. I even cut my hand on glass that was left on the seat. The vehicle itself was parked such that the fence behind the bumper was pushed out. After I left and paid, I had to again provide the VIN number and additional data which could have been obtained while the vehicle was in the shop. I wasn't overly thrilled with the service this time.

Asked for a quote on two pieces of 1/4 inch thick tempered glass 60 in by 16 in. Price was three times of the price that Perkins glass in Seattle offered me.

Had to have some glass panels for a display case. I needed four panels to replace ones that were broken during shipping. They measured the dimensions and I told them that I would install them. When I came back the panels were cut and installed. They said they wanted to make sure everything fit right. They did a great job and made sure the glass worked.

I recently had a bathroom remodel completed. I wanted a frameless glass shower door. My contractor recommended... Associated Glass. The receptionist was efficient and kind in their Lynnwood office, she quickly arranged for someone to come and measure the space. That gentleman was polite and efficient, and the cost estimate was almost exactly what I had been told to expect from a family member in construction. The timeline was agreed upon and the installation was also efficient and smooth. It ended up that the towel bar was too big and hit the wall at the wrong angle. As soon as I reported this they sent someone out to check and they agreed to replace the door. It was only the "stay in place" order that made it a long wait. I give them 5 stars for great workmanship, efficiency, and being very responsive to all my questions and concerns.read more
